Introduction
This guide assumes that you have exported an STL from your preferred CAD program.

Open the STL into the Application

Set scaling (ex. half size) , position (on the printer), support settings (support you print), raft settings (makes it easier to print and remove print), fill settings (thickness of the walls) See video for more info

Save .makerbot file into USB drive

Plug in drive into the Makerbot and then turn on

If tape on baseplate is broken or damaged replace the tape. Make sure that the tape is level

Using the menu navigate to Print --> From USB --> yourFileName.makerbot

Make sure that your printer filament is the color you want.

To change the color of the filament follow these steps:

Pull up the tab containing the filament

From the menu go to Filament and follow steps for Unload filament

After removing filament, returning it to the filament holder, and retrieving your selected filament.

Place filment in the holder and go to Filament and follow steps for Load filament

The Makerbot will present a complete screen

After, carefully remove print with a spatula

Replace tape on baseplate if needed
